The hospital is quiet during non-visiting hours and there is also an emergency room.

The Radiographer at the Radiology dept was absolutely amazing. I was made to felt at ease and comfortable during my procedure. I felt taken care of and reassured. Thank you

Thanks to Dr.Roodt, Dr. Dower, Dr. Aronius and Dr. Fourie for a good experience at Busamed. Not only for the surgery but for the before and after care. Thanks to the wonderful staff that works with them. Also very nice staff that works at Busamed from check in, the nurses like Lucinda to name one and Almeri the ward hostess. Good service from all of you. Very much appreciate it.

The food is shocking. I struggle to eat it Very!!. Very disappointing!!!!. I was there in January, and raised my disappointment then as well. It was escalated then to Management, and now, being back in May, iv been told that it's the same menu for the last 5 years. So clearly, all my efforts fell flat. It needs serious looking at or you need to look at another service provider. Noone can eat that horrible food every day. Same menu. Dry, tasteless. And no, don't reply with a "thank you for your feedback....please send an email..", because I won't be doing that. Just do the right thing. Replace your Food Supplier.

The food was shocking. The menu stays the same from day to day and it is difficult to select anything from the menu that was actually edible. Besides this it is a hit and miss whether you get what you ordered or not.

I absolutely love this hospital! My mom has been at the hospital twice and they treated her like royalty. The doctor phoned me after my mom's surgery to give me an update and to me that is the best service ever! You always have peace of mind, because you know that your loved ones is in very good hands.. Thank you to each and everyone. I would recommend this hospital to anyone and I do not want to take my mom any where else. If I ever need to go to the hospital myself, I would only want to go there!

I was admitted on the 8th August for a Double Mastectomy . From the moment I walked in the doors I was met with nothing but professionalism, promptness and more caring than any other hospital I've ever been in. At Busamed the Staff, particularly Nursing staff actually care and are compassionate about and with their patients. I was there for exactly a week and not once did a smile slip, or a request go unanswered. There was only one person on the catering staff who was irritated at a mix up with my breakfast but by the time she came back she was smiling and pleasant. The Staff and the facility made what was a very traumatic and scarey time bearable and even friendly. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such excellent care from Admission, my Surgeon right through to the Porters.
