Everything was explained to me in detail, i walked in so anxious but it all died down the moment the nurse started taking my blood pressure and doing my survey. We ended up talking about life in general than the situation at hand, it made it so easy to just laugh and know that you are in good hands.

The way they do hand-overs and introduce you to each and every nurse including anesthesia doctor is seamlessly done, theater can be scary but the talks in-between just made it feel like a normal check up with your DR. I knew everything in detail and was very relaxed, my husband was well informed too from start to finish.

My 6 year old went for an eye operation on Friday 23rd April, what a phenomenal experience. With excellent caring staff from point of entry to exit, all the kind words and thoughtful efforts will not be forgotten. Everyone showed compassion and love, it gave us a family feeling.

Needless to say my little monster said she wouldn't mind going there again ???? perhaps even a holiday she says!

The staff are amazing and you can see they work with children and love children, exceptional service from everyone. Thank you for making my son's hospital visit less stressful!

I went into theatre on Monday, 3 May 2021, to have my tonsils removed at Cure Day Hospital in Somerset West.
From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank all the receptionists, nurses u0026 Doctors who took care of me.

You all really made it a stress-free/ nerve-free experience. I was in absolutely stunning care! You were professional and heart warming at the same time :)

Excellent, caring and professionsl care at Cure Day Somerset West. Staff friendly, competent and made me feel at ease whilst I was there for eye surgery. Will be sure to recommend Cure Day Somerset West to anyone..keep up the good work. Kind regards..

Service at The Cure Day Clinic Somerset West was excellent. Staff was excellent. My problem started when I had to deal with their Finance Department. I paid for the Hospital upfront, and then I would claim that back from my Medical aid. I requested the documents on numerous occasions from their Finance department, but with no luck. No communication at all. Eventually I asked my Doctor's room to assist, after they assisted me by contacting the Hospital, I received an e-mail with an apology. I requested the documents again, but only received it after they mailed it to the Medical Aid and told me that they will do my refund after they received my money. Money I have already paid them for. (R30 000 to be exact). My Medical Aid mailed me a statement to inform me that there was an payment approved for Cure day clinic on 4 December already, just under R19 000. I have requested information from Cure Day Clinic on when I am going to receive my refund numerous times, again, with NO feedback or communication. Today is 20 December, when I phoned I only received a answering machine confirming that they are now closed till 2 January. I really think this is terrible service and mean of them to withhold my money like this. The sad thing is, if you receive such bad service from one department, that is what you remember.
