Just had dinner here with my husband and wow. The basil pesto squid starter was my favourite, but everything from the fish to the dessert was delicious.The waiters are crazy attentive and there for you the entire time. Everything from service to food was exquisite. My new favourite restaurant!

Amazing modern seafood, with great Cajun and lemon butter flavours. Polite, friendly and very tentative staff. The manager was very accommodating on a meal of mine and ended up giving me an additional portion at no extra costs. Amazing! All round great experience and yes, the view! Sjoe!

Beautiful setting and outstanding service! We had swordfish as our main course which was delicious (quite rich though) and the chips and veg were delicious too. The desserts were disappointing though. Will definitely be back but maybe not for dessert!

Hubby and I had a wonderful experience dining here. Our waiter was professional with impeccable timing. The food was undescribable. Top notch flavour, presentation and pairing. Oysters with horseradish and vinegraitte sauce, the swordfish... No words can describe. The wine was well priced, ambiance and overall experience is highly recommendable. Book ahead of time to ensure table.

How anyone can give this place, less than a 5 star, is beyond me. The facade which is the outside, is so misleading. The service is beyond impeccable. The piece de resistance is the Michelin quality food. Have I had Michelin star food, no, however I'm sure this is what it would taste like. A delightful experience which I am sure will be repeated

It just doesn't get better than this.
Kingklip with rice and vegetables was tender and tasty with vegetables being crispy and tender. A wow factor presentation and overall dream lunch.
Second lunch was the swordfish, chips and vegetables which could compete with any five star seafood restaurant. The fish prepared to perfection, form and moist with the overlay of the creamy sauce. Chips crispy on the out and soft in the middle, vegetables as above. The tartufo dessert was a journey of love passion and discussion. Service was way above expectation and easy conversion pursued.
When in the area live the dream and visit this remarkable seafood restuarant.

Café Orca is an internationally well known fish restaurant which offers the best prepared fish platters you can imagine. Fresh, tasty and superbly spiced with side sauces to die for. Ambience deserves a 5 star rating with glorious views of the ocean waves; lapping ashore. A gem in the heart of Melkbosstrand. ????
