Took family from Eastern Cape there. Ordered 12 wings only got 8 had to ask where the rest was . It was also so small looks like pieces was cut off to put into salads or something. My husband ordered schnitzel doubel. But was so small looked like a single cut in two to make it looks like a double. We had to ask manager why it is so small and he had to bring the correct size. My brother ordered beer and we continuously had to ask where the next one was. Portions was dissapointing small and service was extremely bad. I advised the manager that this was my last time going there. Can't believe after 12 years of being a regular customer this was the service and standard of food.

You would think reviewing a spur is 'one-size-fits-all' review. But it really is not. As most, I have frequented a few different spurs in and around Cape Town. Things you expect and that this spur delivered on:
u003e Consistently good food, as you expect them. (This is what makes a spur franchise work!)
u003e Friendly, efficient staff
u003e A manager that really cares

Well done to this team, keep it up.

Amazing service from this branch. I needed assistance getting a knee scooter (post op lol) out of the car. Then I needed a table that could accommodate the damn thing. All of this was done with ease and a smile.

Not to mention the burger treat with all the usual Spur yummies was as consistent and delicious as promised.

Nice light u0026 bright Spur. Some of them can feel really dark. Not this one. :)

I've been frequenting this Spur for nearly two decades. For me, the best time is midweek afternoon when pensioners enjoy a meal with friends. Nice to see our senior citizens maintain relationships that could very well be older than me, but if you're after great service, then anytime is a great time...

My husband and I like this Rest .food always good and plenty of it also .However feel it's time for an "updatr" now beginning to look a bit shabby ).Not the food . Just generally)
The tables and menus look and feel like they could do with a really clean ( they feel sticky !
Apart from that that staff are helpful friendly..)
