Don't ever come do sit down at this branch.They priortise take away pizza over patrons.Been here since 6pm and pizza came ice cold after 1 hour.The waiters excuse for the pizza being cold was that it gets cold when you cut it( come on guys really please come with a decent excuse). It is now 7.30pm only receive 3 pizzas of 10. 1.5 hrs and they could only make 3 pizzas. Asked a number of times for them to switch on the lights.Eventually my brother went and asked where to switch on the lights. The picture attached is brighter only because of the camera.my brother had to actually help the waiter serve pizzas to the family.Dont know where the embarrassment starts and ends for this branch. He had to follow up 7 times to check up on orders.

I had to leave with my kids by 7.30pm due to school tomorrow and luckily I had told waiter to bring kids pizza first so they wouldn't go hungry.I managed to only eat half my pizza as my kids wanted to go home as they were tired of waiting. UNFORTUNATELY I had to leave 7 of my family members at the restaurant with none of them having received their pizzas.My brother informed me that there was no avo on the pizzas and charged for it and charged for an extra glass of wine.When he confronted them they said they were going to change the bill and mistakenly sent the wrong bill.Quite embarrasing whoever the owner is.My brother also asked the manager for her name but she refused to give it.

THE RESTAURANT ONLY HAD TWO OTHER TABLES WITH 4 PEOPLE EACH as a side note.Its not like the restaurant is massive and was fully booked.

One has to question whether our service was poor because of the color of our skin because the other two tables had no issues.

If I could give a minus 5 rating I would but it's not an option here

I rate this place as having great pizzas, expensive, but worth it. Times are hard, interest rate just went up, my sons car was broken into and so I thought we deserved a treat! What a disappointment, the pizza was cold and only garlic was in the bag, no chilli and the Melanzane was really not nice! I got my son Dr Oetker last week and he said it was better! :( Sorry can't seem to go to site to give contact details?

Had a great moment, I must say it is one of the best restaurants. Food was great and the waiter was so good as well I really enjoyed. Keep up the good work guys

After about an hour and a half of waiting they cancelled our order, blaming the couriers. This is the second time we’ve ordered from them, and the second time we’ve had an issue. This is just a community notice to not order food from them on Uber eats. Letting folks go hungry is super not cool.

If you live in the Claremont, Newlands, Rondebosch, Lansdowne areas then this is the best go to place to phone order your pizza that's for sure. They swift, efficient, tasty and always delivers hot . Even if you up to collect it on your own which I always do they timely and good. Expect to pay from R90 to R160 . Good service and I recommend them.

Ambiance good. Service good although a bit slow. No toilets is a bummer so to speak but I shall visit again.

Situated in Belvedere Shopping Centre so it's a convenient pop in after some morning shopping at Woollies. Had their breakfast special - R55. 2 eggs to your choice, bacon, a slice of toast wry butter and a cuppachino. My scrambled egg was light and fluffy, crispy bacon and a health toast. Hubby's poached egg was also to his liking. We sat in the patio area to get the fresh air - it is a bit noisy on the busy main road. But we will definitely do the breakie special again - it's a good deal for good food
