The Eatery Wood Fried Grill has earned a spot on my list of Southern Suburbs favourites.

We've been here for lunch and dinner, both during the week and on weekends and they have always been consistent.

Service, food, drinks and atmosphere, an all round pleasant experience. Good restaurant for families or catching up with friends.

Had a lovely evening at The Eatery. Atmosphere and service was tip top.
The espatada and burger were both very good. Asian slaw was amazing. Only improvement is the thick cut chips could have been cooked longer to make them crispy.

I've always wanted to try this restaurant. Food was great and filling, but sides (chips etc) have to be ordered seperately which adds to the bill. Service was friendly and efficient. Good place for kids, small play area and colouring pages are on offer. There was a small dog allowed inside which might cause hygiene concerns for some patrons. Overall it was a good lunch and kids had fun.

Was amazed by the specials this place have. Visited CT with colleagues and found some daily specials on FOMO. Nicely tucked away in a small shopping centre with a beautiful set up once you get in.

May have to book in advance to avoid dissapointment.

Had a pleasant dinner here recently. We’ve been coming here for years but felt inclined to review after a fantastic evening.

Service from when we arrived was really good. Friendly waiters and staff made the arrival and order process very simple.

It’s great to see new items being added to the menu every few months; it makes your experience new and exciting each time you go. The food can be pricey but we got the sirloin special (with chips u0026 sauce included) for R149 as well as 3 tapas for R165. Both very well priced. Bare in mind the tapas are very small plates and not enough to share between 2 people.

Food arrived in an okay time but it was all fresh, hot and well presented. No reason to stop coming here! Great local spot

I went in to enquire about a breakfast as was looking for venue fir about 15 people for breakfast ..and on the spur of the moment decided to stay for burger ..very tasty nice patty for me it was bit pricy as the burgers do not come with chips or salad/side everything is on its own ..i went during the month of February they had a dessert running that was absolutely awesome ..workers were very jolly ...time we waited long for our food other than that quite a nice cozy place wonderfull for kids ..

What a lovely relaxing restaurant, beautiful setting outside on the deck, kids had so much fun playing in the play area. We hosted our baby's baptism dinner lastnight and it was a great success. Beautiful, peaceful, friendly staff with excellent service, great food and wine! Definitely recommend as a great celebration spot in the south ????
