Hidden gem in Bergvliet. Loved the peace and tranquility. Lots of Egyptian geese wandering or sitting within reach. Loads of other birds to see both nesting and swimming in the little lake. Nice for a short visit

A small enclosed park with a dam, that is well hidden and maintained. There are few benches and one table. Perfect for a mini lockdown birthday party or just a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle. Visitors are not allowed to feed the bird life, however it seems that one little guy has gotten away with it a few times, he just came too close.

Map gets us moving. Getting to areas, finding good places, tranquility and peaceful. Cycle out, a beautiful morning ride. More Parks and areas. Breathe taking. Blue skies. Got back home and rain met us. Awesome blessings. Do come out and find the rich History.

Idle of nowhere! Great place to hone buoyancy skills. Magical at night and amazing to see water lilies root down many Meyers through the crystal clear water! A Must Visit!

A stunning slice of nature in Bergvliet. There are 4 benches scattered around the spring, perfect for sitting peacefully, observing nature and indigenous wildlife and even pick nicking. Many bird species, terrapins, snakes, frogs and much more.

This is a small nature reserve tucked away in the heart of Bergvliet. It's a peaceful and serene place to just take nature in. There are several lookout and vantage points from which you can look at the local birds and nests.

At the moment the water levels are very low, and these will be expected to rise during the winter rains later in the year.

Just a beautifully maintained piece of heaven with birds, ducks and the like. Birdsong is so calming
