I had a dental emergency while on holiday and managed to get an appointment with Dr Cader quickly. She was friendly and efficient and knowledgeable about her work. I am very scared and have a bad gag reflex but she helped me through it and I left with my issue sorted out with minimal discomfort and I could continue my holiday.

Made an appointment and was told that the Gordons Bay Dr. practice was closed from a certain time. I was then given a 16h30 slot appointment next to Bay Chem and Pick n Pay in Gordons Bay. Upon arrival none of the staff at Bay Chem Pharmacy knew of a dentist, I had asked staff at the laundromat as well. I was unable to call and I was also not contacted after I had given my details when making the appointment.
I am highly disappointed with the service received, not even a follow up on why I was not able to make my appointment.

Had a appointment at 10am.Arrived 9h55. Waited 15 minutes in waiting room only to be told dentist is running late.Left 10h30 as the receptionist could not then give me a reason why the doctor still did not arrive at practice.. I asked the receptionist to call me for next appointment but until now no one bothered to call back. Is this how you treat clients? Drove all the way from Somerset for nothing.

I have a general phobia about dentists, and visited Dr Cader today. She was professional, gentle and VERY patient with my phobia, and I didn't feel a thing .. She is definately recommended by me, and I've found my go to dentist in the area, until I ever leave the Helderberg. Thank you Dr Cader.

The worst experience ever, Very unfriendly Dr. Was there Saturday it's Wed still never received an invoice to hand in to our medical insurance. Very pathetic. Was told we will eventually receive it. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS DENTIST. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unprofessional!! I got booked for Monday 16:15, I got there and she was closed. I have made special arrangements at work for this appointment. I fully understand now why the receptionist writes all her bookings in pencil (just incase), because I got told that i got the days wrong but they could not show me that I was wrong.
