We came to Eikendal lodge for 1 night as we were guests at a wedding at Cavalli estate across the road. We couldn't have made a better choice.
The view from our window was breathtaking - stunning mountains and vineyards all around. The gardens are so beautiful and they really created a magis and romantic atmosphere all around.
we took a short walk to the wine shop/restaurant and purchased a bottle of champage, which also added to the mood!
The room was nice and clean, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom/shower was modern.
I was also very pleased when Leonie, the manager took particular care of my dieatary requirements, and due to me being vegan, made a special meal for breakfast.
All in all, it was a fantastic stay, so I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Location of this lodge is stunning - surrounded by vineyards and mountains. There's a beautiful walk through the vineyards to the Italian restaurant on site, Giovanni's.
Very warm and attentive staff. We mentioned in passing that we were there to celebrate my birthday which was going to be on the 3rd day of our stay. On my birthday morning, our breakfast table was decorated with balloons and streamers, I was given a bottle of champagne and a birthday cupcake :)

When I teach my Tourism students about customer service in the Accommodation sector, this is the establishment that I will use as an example. Great location, beautiful surroundings, friendly and helpful staff and focus on detail. Loved staying here and will definitely visit again in future!

Great place. Best breakfast and excellent service. The rooms is out of space. You can eat from the floors so clean it is.
