Kids party set up looks lovely u0026 convenient in terms of offering but safety is not priority at this establishment. The kids are not required to wear safety socks, many barefoot. Even though there might be an allowance to wear any type of non slip socks the usage of socks is not checked or signing of an indemnity. I have never seen so many kids of all ages cry during one sitting at this type of venue. The marshall's are way too relaxed u0026 tolerate rough play. The climbing activities are not well supervised. With only a 1 point safety harness u0026 no safety nets. Kids often moving platforms u0026 harnesses without supervision.
Spacing between the suspended track u0026 metal lattices are of concern.
It's another to apply them. Being an indoor venue, capacity was full u0026 the usage of masks on children (5±) is not encouraged.
It's one thing to say safety protocols are in place.

Absolutely amazing venue for kiddies parties, they sorted everything out at a reasonable price, cake, deco, party packs and... 2 hours of play. Appreciated the fact that when one of the kids didn't arrive for the party they have the birthday girl a "voucher " in addition to the one she received as a gift. Highly recommend and the adult food and nibbles are great too.

This place was AMAZING, it's like a club but for kids, shooo I had fun lol. We planned our nephews birthday there and the setup was gorgeous. I'll definitely be taking them again as it made for an early night in bed and really happy kids.

Best play park yet! Friendly staff, safe for kids - even the little ones. My kids range ages 2 through to 11 and they all had the best time. Lovely food and drinks too! Definitely a family favorite.

I have to say that I very much enjoyed this place . My kids loved it . I loved that I don't have to run after them the hole time , as their savety gate was always close and you must be buzzed in or out. They and someone stationed at every area watch the kids so they don't get hurt.
But most of all I really appreciate and loved their service. They worked as a team and always on hand to help. They laughed and chatted for a few minutes then went about. Coming out of COVID it was such a lovely experience to feel so much help and laughter and joyfulness .
To Kelly my waitresses and all the other staff you guys are fantastic and fabulous. Please get a bigger venue with more items .
My 4 year old was so happy he kept thanking me for bringing him to Freedom adventure park . ❤️

We are visiting from Joburg and it was a rainy day here in Cape Town so we decided to head to Freedom park. My 2 year old had such fun! The child minders are attentive u0026 were dancing around which showed me they happy where they are. Good concept of an indoor play area and so glad we came to visit!
