Great Place. Very professional trainers (dont just put you on a bag and tell a class of 14 to do combos or the whole lesson). Felt very welcome, no big egos or people who act like the place is there home and see you as a threat. Strictly business!! And Martial Arts!!
Best martial Arts facility in Cape Town in my opinion!!!

My favourite place to be. Kids stay fit mainly because they enjoy the exercise they do and somewhere between being a child and growing up, you stop loving exercise. Takedown MMA gym changes this. You can love exercise again!

Great place to train. Mma and all styles of fighting under one roof including weapons, boxing and Maui Thai. Beginner to professional.
