My stay at maternity ward was very pleasant, went in to be induced at 40 weeks and ended up having a c-section. The doctors and the nurses went above and beyond in their service. They treated me with dignity and respect. They constantly checked on me and explained everything at every step. They took care of me and my baby girl until we were discharged. Thank you for everything that you have done for us and all the care and advices provided.

We had a good stay at the Tokai Melomed. My daughter was cared for well and the doctor was thorough and explained everything clearly and cared for her well. The nursing staff were helpful and most went above and beyond.

We were very excited to go home but that was mostly because hospital with a two year old is not much fun!!

A big thank you to your Melomed Tokai Maternity staff. I had the best experience and a safe delivery of our baby. Experienced specialists like Dr Tisane and Dr Moore make sure you are well taken care of. Well trained nurses and mid wives are equipped to suit your every need. I would recommend Melomed Tokai Maternity facilities to anyone.

My son Asher was admitted. Service was amazing. I felt right at home.Staff is helpful,informative and friendly. Shout out to Dr Meyer (Pediatrician), the trauma and staff in the pediatrician ward. Great job!!! Lots of hugs and kiss from myself and Asher

A big 100/100 to all the staff at Melomed Tokai Private hospital. If I was President I was going to send all of them to Hawaii for appreciation they are doing a job well done. I love these guys they professional and knows what to do. Well done to????????????????????the staff of Melomed Tokai private hospital. Thank you guys????????????????????????????????????????.

Worse hospital! Waited 10 min in the emergency with no assistance. Byron the staff member simply said there are no available beds. My father was in severe kidney pain and they simply said there is no beds available. It’s a EMERGENCY room!!! What is the point of going to an emergency room when I am told “I cant tell you when you will be seen”. This is literally the worse possible hospital anyone could go to. The staff is extremely unprofessional and unsympathetic. Would never come back and definitely would never advise anyone to go to this hospital. Pathetic service.
