A unforgettable and joyful experience in Cape Town! We enjoyed the different African food, good mix, delicious and very well presented. The highlight is the drum session and the energetic wonderful dance and singing performance. We are so impressed by the skills, the vibe and the improvisation brought up on the stage. Amazing! All is very professional prepared and all time following the hygiene protocol, so absolutely a highlight for us for the stay and i can only recommend.

We had a lovely meal here. We got small dishes from all over Africa. These were all equally delicious. The food was only a small part of the experience at this restaurant. There was music, dance of a high level. There hibng a happy atmosphere and the service was very nice. The prices are quite high. But you also get something for that!

We were at Gold for the NYE dinner during our holiday to Cape Town. It was a lovely experience as soon as we drove up to park. We were escorted indoors, greeted warmly and there was great attention to detail. We enjoyed drumming, live dance performances, an 18-dish spread and a wonderful gift as we left. They even escorted us to our car to ensure that we were safe. An amazing experience indeed!

The restaurant is better suited for large companies. The action is very long, more than two hours. The dishes are classic for Africa, the quality of the cuisine is average. As for the drums and dancing, the guys are trying, the guests like it. The dances are very exciting. There are additional activities such as face painting for guests.

Surprise birthday dinner was celebrated here and what a different experience. Make sure to try out the drumming, take lots of pics and I'm still craving the desserts served. They go out of their way to ensure they cater for your needs and dietary requirements. Friendly staff and great service. Would recommend if you have guests visiting from abroad and even a great place for locals to enjoy cuisine from all over Africa.

If you're looking for an rather original African experience, this is the one. I'd recommend to choose the drum option when making the reservation, you can thank me later. All the food are authentic and you get a taste of almost all regions from Africa. And you get to enjoy a couple of shows on the stage while you're eating.

An amazing experience. I originally booked just for the African cuisine and this place blew us away. They had a show throughout the entire evening with dances and a story line, face painting, and great food. It was nice to be able to try a little bit of everything with a 14 course meal. My sister is Vegan and they were able to accommodate her with alternatives for every tasting that was not vegan on the regular menu. I would highly recommend going!
