TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was looking for an outfit to attend a wedding! I got chased away for looking undersdressed for the store! I am very upset and I would not recommend going there again! Please change your assistance for customer etiquette. I would like to support the store in future BUT WILL NOT BE GOING THERE AGAIN WITH THE CURRENT FLOOR ASSISTNACE!

Recently 2 bags were purchased from this store and I can tell you there was zero assistance or service. My wife had to walk around the store and look for what she wanted, take the bags off the shelf Herself and even though there were staff she was ignored.
Only when she was at the counter to pay did everyone jump into action and then start with the service required but by this time all she wanted was the 2 bags! This kind of service at a Luxury store should be embarrassing for you.
I could not believe this could happen but then I see it has happened at the same store many times when looking at the reviews.
So disappointed.

The Manager Celeste Hawkins was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Tha store is a credit to Gucci. They went out of there way to replace a watch strap. They scanned the globe to find the right part. Thank again for impeccable service.

Shocking customer service. Sales assistant super rude. Asked for a certain sneaker style, not in stock. Ask for mules, not in stock. Rudely advised they’re last seasons, like I should know this. But they’re still on Gucci’s EU website. Clearly I know the brand. I was wearing Gucci Ace sneakers but totally snubbed. I’m a visitor to South Africa, disgusted. I am a customer, if you don’t have a certain thing, try to help me find an alternative. Louis Vuitton on the other hand, exemplary service as per all their stores worldwide.
