Came in this classy boutique looking for a Panerai for the 50th birthday of my father in law. I was assisted/advised by Roberto who is a very professional and kind salesman. He has a true passion for watches which we shared and after a nice conversation he put away a Panerai for me which seemed like the perfect gift. 2 days later I came in the boutique and was assisted by Björn. Björn assisted my when I made up my mind and decided to buy the Panerai. He is very kind and he is also a true professional salesman (as well as watchmaker ) ;)
Also loving the story behind this boutique and the selection of fine jewellery and timepieces. A true family business with it's roots in South-Africa.
Will definitely visit again when I am back in Cape Town for vacation or business! Truly recommend!

Snobs in suits! I’m a local Cape Townian and own several Rolex Sports Models as well as other Swiss brands. I always receive much more professional and friendlier service in Sandton and around the globe than at this particular store. Not worth my or your time or money quite frankly.

Very grateful for excellent service and support for my ageing Rolex. A very helpful young man, sorry I neglected to ask his name, quickly and deftly, repaired the bracelet link in minutes. Maybe I am Old School but retailers who honour their products and their customers, even if they have not purchased recently are top of my list. Thank you Charles Greig jewellers

Found the sales ladies to be snobbish. Have been there 3 times since December 2020 and have decided we won’t be returning to this store in the future. After sales service was non existent in our case - no follow up calls to say when my jewellery was ready for collection.

Somewhat snobbish salespeople whose service levels depends on which part of the globe you are from. Lack of enthusiasm from staff means customers are left to feel not valued. As a global citizen, I have experienced far better service in Asia and the Middle East. So if you are European and appear wealthy, maybe this is the place for you then. For everyone else, be prepared for a underwhelming experience that makes you question if your money is really worth spending at a place where the security personnel seems to be the friendliest amongst the staff.
