I was diagnosed with Testicular Cancer on 15 Feb 2021 at George Prov. Hospital and the Orthopedic Dept, Oncologist and Urologist as well as the Hospital Personal was a wonderful experience! The Care and personal attention was mind boggling! During May 2021 we moved to Strand to stay with our Daughter and immediately she applied to Helderberg Hospice for their assistance. We were accepted and immediate assistance were done. Furthermore, the Service of Excellence is absolutely wonderful! I am so thankful for the Western Cape Administration for their care and I believe that all the Clinics and Hospitals in the Western Cape will also be seen at.

I was at the out patient department with my daughter on the 9th of September 2022 and we had the best treatment. I must say the staff is very friendly and helpful. The lady at counter 2 and the lady that did the observation was so so helpful and really goes the extra mile with the people. Please keep up the good work

I had to take my daughter to emergency this morning, due to not getting enough oxygen due to covid. I was very reluctant to go, because of bad experiences in the past by myself.

Since we got there past ten this morning, they had been so helpful and so friendly.

They took her in within 15min, did tests and put her on oxygen.

Really also gave me lunch while waiting outside for them to do what they needed to do.

They decided to keep her for the night. They moved her to a big ward, that was beautiful and clean.

I really salute them all. They work hard, they are so busy, and yet, they still treat one with respect.

The hospital don't have a switchboard I'm struggling whole day to get hold of the EWard no answer so I do I get hold of my love one who is admitted there, sister at this number say she can't find out about the ward cause she is at casualty and I must just call until they answer...wish I can attach the amount of calls I tried calling

Cleanliness, hospitality and sense of emergency are elements of good hospital. Helderberg hospital offers many great qualities

My experience at the hospital was amazing for a government hospital their service is brilliant they took good care of me and my baby after my C-Section this year.Helderberg Hospitals maternity ward is amazing!!!You guys really accommodate all the patients and make sure they are happy and have the needed help at all times !!!I had a pleasant experience!.

Horrible service. You phone the number but get put on hold for 20+ minutes. You eventually speak to a "superior" she cant even speak proper English yet alone help you. She also ends the call. Everyone on the switchboard redirects your call no one can assist.
