Very good hotel. The check-in process was relatively long. But the staff are very friendly. It's located less than 15 minutes away from Vu0026A waterfront.
The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Toilet amenities can be enhanced. The breakfast buffet had a good variety.

Great service from a trusted name in the heart of Cape Town. A room on the right side also provides a great view of Table Mountain and Signal Hill. Hotel has a free shuttle to the waterfront. Executive lounge. The staff is very gracious and accomodating. The breakfasts are one of the best at a Hilton property! Full complement of Asian, Indian, or local choices along with lots of fresh fruit and juice options. You may not need another meal during the day after eating breakfast here!

We stayed in a massive two bedroom suite that was amazing. The view was limited because we were in the 1st floor.
The location is nice for the center part of town that has the best restaurants. Although not close to the waterfront which is really the best area to stay.
This hotel has no pork products which is interesting for a hotel in South Africa. I usually look forward to a full English Breakfast but alas not here.

Very nice rooms. Very nice people. Good breakfast buffet but good was cold from buffet. Only order fresh made eggs if you want something hot. Nice executive and meeting room capabilities. Nice pool/ bar area but closed due to water restrictions right now.

I spent a week here in September 2018. It was all together a great experience. Seamless check-in, very well trained staff, great food, and clean room. Access to the Executive Lounge was an added bonus.
One weird feature was that guests had elevator access to their own floors only.
Verdict: recommended.

Excellent service. The staff are super helpful and the hotel is very well located in the city centre. The rooms are ample and clean with stunning views. The breakfast offers so much choice and the gym is has everything you need. Highly recommended.

It's 3.5 stars in my opinion, compared to other Hilton hotels I've visited.
The front desk is nice, the concierges are great, housekeeping however fails. The rooms are spacious with nice bathrooms and generally clean.
The pool is quite small and ice-cold even in summer, the hotel bar is so-so inside but nice if you sit outside. The location of the hotel is good in regards to restaurants and reachability.
