Overall a good experience. Quick and friendly service (over lunchtime)
We ordered snacks and it is great food to pair with a cold beer.
The chicken wings I'd give a 7/10 - Siracha and lime basting, it was really tasty, but would have loved a more sticky and well coated wing
The pulled pork ball were delicious 8/10 -could use just a touch of salt/seasoning, but delicious
Nice beer selection and decent prices. Would prefer going to the Jerry's in town, but not a bad spot at all

Amazing food, loved our waitress, she really made us feel at home and so unique. The starters literally blew my mind, we had the cheese bombs. Really great experience

Been here a couple of times over the last few years and it's simply just not the same. They are pricing themselves out of the market compared to other restaurants in the area, especially on their drinks. Don't get me wrong it's not bad, its just not worth the money anymore.

Really really hot day in Cape Town. The Margarita Cocktail was awesome. The food was good. What I liked was that there is an outside area to get some air. I could eat and drink. WOW I could even smoke a cigarette without feeling like a criminal. Staff were sharp. Service was good. Smokers of Bellville rejoice. An awesome place to relax and be yourself.

Ordered a craft beer, arrived and was flat and had to be replaced!
Starters were nice, mains were a complete disaster!
Our whole experience was tarnishes by a complete lack of attentive u0026 unfriendly staff! Anik our waitress needs to find a new profession. Service was disgusting u0026 probably one of the worst we have had in Cape Town! We’ve eaten at the Blouberg branch u0026 I cannot believe the difference in the food quality and staff attitude.
My burger patty was raw u0026 completely uncooked, I ate what I could because I was hungry.
Spoke with Marshal their manager and he did what he could to assist. He mentioned the main would be removed from the bill and it wasn’t! I asked him why and he mentioned the owner Gavin told him not to.
So it’s fine for the staff to walk around giving out free shooters to customers however when the food is uncooked u0026 disgusting you get your customers to pay for it?!
I was told by Gavin the owner that I was the one that had the issue, and he was unwilling to rectify the situation.

It’s amazing how customers get blamed for a complete lack of service; poor food and shocking attitude by non other than the owner himself. Gavin your arrogance is more than revealing and I honestly hope that you comes down to earth with a rude awakening!
Do not support this franchise they do not care about their customers!

Easy going vibe. Good food, cold beers, and great service. It can get very busy, so pick your times. The ribs are excellent and come off the bone so easily!

Our lovely waitress, Yehudi, was so fantastic, friendly and hilarious. I was hesitant on eating beef, as I often feel sick when eating it, but she kindly assured me that I would enjoy it. I ended up ordering the Jack D burger and it was honestly the best burger I've ever had in my life. Fantastic beef...it was cooked to perfection and the whiskey basting was so delicious. Is a little pricey for students but hey, the juicy goodness of the food was well worth it!

Seeing Jack Nicholson's iconic facial expression from the Shining on the wallpaper inside was a lovely bonus as a horror fan!
