We were very hungry Sunday late afternoon and ordered 2x grilled Calamari u0026 Fresh Rocket at R170 each. We looked forward to something spectacular and tasty... The calamari was prepared on the flat top and not grilled and we landed up with half our calamari burnt and the remainder obviously not tasty at all. We pointed this out to the manager. We basically only had one bad calamari between the two of us and being that hungry, forced it down. Only paid for one then when the bill came, but still not a good experience.... The Foccasia looked good and would also have been great if it was not bitter from being slightly burnt at the bottom... Bad afternoon for us and Primi and hope they keep the higher standard up, even at 16h00 on a Sunday afternoon...

Can't fault the food (breakfast) from taste point of view but if you say chicken livers is hot, then make it hot (and it should not swim in bowl of creamy sauce) and maybe ask if customer wants ciabata sliced in big chunk of triangle (can't place egg on top).

Service can improve; not once did any waiter ask if food was ok or enquired if we wanted anything more to drink.

Brilliant service and the deserts were well prepared. Had the malva pudding which the peaches just added a delightfully sweetened taste too. The wife had the crembrule which she loved. All round good place for desserts and even better meals.

Shocking service, worst of any primi I have ever been too. The waiter didn't even look at us when we spoke, we had to call on other waiters to ask for our waiter, other waiters wouldn't take an order for even a coke because they were not our waiter.

They started closing the doors and shoving tables from outside to the inside, even moving a lady and blocked the pathway put of out table for a good 25 minutes. Oh and the tables were all left dirty the entire time. The side door was taped up with duct tape and toilet paper by the far right side if you are facing the sliding doors.

The zucchini fries were just oil and batter, no zucchini and two of our cocktails arrived already super melted and watery, they had obviously sat on the pass for a long time.

All of their menus were falling apart or missing pages. Icing on the cake was the waiter did not even say thank you to us for the tip we left which was way way more than she deserved, but as some of us are student waiters we know that tipping is customary.. I hope I never get tipped by a customer if I ever give service that terrible. She

I will stick to other primis and will not return to this one.

Great atmosphere to start
Tuscan Flat Bread is really good and something different. Pasta Alla Pescatore looks goods but more Seafood would have been better. The Vu0026A branch makes it just right.Pizza was ordered early and got to us last and this is the only issue

The first time I went to this place I wasn't sure what to expect as I'm a student and eating at Primi isn't a frequent ocassion.

Nevertheless I'm pleased to say that the waiters at this Primi provide very good service and are very friendly as well. It's clear that they are foreign but are more hardworking than at other restaurants as they are willing to "go the extra mile".

The food here is great too. It's tasty and quality food aimed at a youthful market, almost like the young working professional type of person and they hit the spot with their Jam jars.

Somewhat subdued as Willowbridge is more quiet than other centres. The three of us opted for Pasta. I had the Napolitano extra hungry portion. The food was delivered quickly and tasted good.
