I'm quite disappointed with their food of late. But I'm clearly not alone looking at some of the reviews so it's not just me. The noodle sauce had a strange taste that I also had noticed in a chicken dish I ordered before. A while back I ordered a chicken dish and I got half tofu. The portions are small and over-priced, especially the optional extras. I'm not sure I'd order from them again which is sad.

Tom yum soup was delicious, however the chicken was dry. I want them to improve on this because I want to go back. The sweet and sour was too sweet. Potentially, I know it can be improved

Went there for the first time after hearing how great it was. My husband's food was OK. But portion rather small. My food was horrible. I ordered what was recommended as a favourite by the waitress. Sweet soy noodles. It tasted like instant noodles (without the inpacket seasoning) + broth of a vague trail of soy for colouring- nothing sweet u003d flavourless dish ( vegies were crunchy fresh and well prepared). Had to ask for soy sauce to try and doctor the meal. Told the waitress the meal was awful. Her answer was 'sorry about that.'

Happy to say that the owner Pohl was quickly to respond to my email, apologised, sorted the matter and promised to upgrade the standard.

We had take-outs on Saturday, but what a disappointment!
The beef was tough and scarce, hardly any chicken in the 546, the veggies drowned in a sea of unbalanced, overwhelming flavours of sauces.
It was a total rip-off! :-(
Had to select a star to have my critique posted!

Experanced friendly and quick service, the food was good and the advice asked of the waitress was accurate and helpful. The restaurant was full and the way the till lady handled the disappointed customers seeking a table was exceptionally courtious and diplomatic. Why not 5 stars? The only seat open for us was at the entrance door and every time somebody entered we had a cold wind coming in.

Exceptionally bad service. Forgot to make my take away order. Then, when we could all see the food was ready, the lady at the till ignored me for a further 10 minutes talking to her friend, and walking around before addressing me while waiting at the counter. I used to be a regular.
