Not one to complain easily, but after two consecutive bad experiences, an honest review cannot fully compliment this restaurant.

It must be said that during our second visit, our waiter was very friendly and attentive. Perhaps, the way burgers are prepared here just isn't our taste. There is a tendency to add cold raw elements directly onto hot ones. This creates a serving temperature and texture that we simply did not enjoy.
This seemed to be the problem once again this past Friday. The orders arrived, once again, at an unappetizing temperature. We asked a waiter for assistance, but were told that only the waiter that had originally taken our order would be able to help us. This was strange as the restaurant was not particularly busy and the waiter we were speaking to was not clearly otherwise engaged. No attempt was made to remedy the issue.

Unfortunately, this damages the fun of coming up with a nick name and ticking off your favourite junk food treats on their menu.

Something is wrong with their cooking process here.
When they serve you the burger, whichever burger you order, all non-meat elements like tomatoes, onions, lettuce, pickles, everything, is ice cold, as they just take it out of a fridge and put it on.
I asked them to microwave but they do not even have a microwave (I will add that they did offer to remake the burger with everything heated up. Although, this should already be standard procedure).
Out of 4 visits to this restaurant/burger joint, only the first visit was all the elements hot (early February 2022). So this means that the meals ARE intended to be made hot.
Which tells me the chefs are sloppy and lazy and just take all elements out of the fridge and slap it on their burgers.

Very disappointed in the cooking process. The food is not bad quality at all, it is the execution that is horrible.

Other than that, serving staff performs to standard hospitality expectations and everything runs quick and smooth. Waiters are friendly and helpful.

But don't sacrifice very necessary hot elements on a hot meal, for speed.

Shared the evening with a friend at RocoMamas in Willowbridge. This being my first experience dining in at the restaurant (having previously only ever ordered in) I was impressed by the staff and the food. The food and drinks came very quickly after we ordered and the quality of the food was at their usual high standard. The waiter was very tentative and even the manager came over to check that all was well with our meal and experience. Would definitely recommend their Chilli bombs and fries! Will be back again.

I have been to eat here before and had a good meal but yesterday (Saturday 17th September)wife and I decided to try out their breakfast special and let's say I was disappointed with the overall visit.
When we got there they were not very busy, so we got our table very quickly and got our drinks quite quickly but that's where the good service ended. After about 20 minutes the place only started getting busy yet it took 45 minutes to receive our food and then only I received my food...my wife had a further few minutes. Then when my wife asked for butter for her toast and was told she got the very LAST one left. It's early on a Saturday morning and you have already run out of butter? Another table next to us were also getting a bit restless waiting for their food.

The chips/fries were very nice top teir quality cant say the same about the burgers and ribs could have done better. But it was a viby environment and i had enjoyed the stay reception and great customer care. Though there be an improvement on the food(but that's just my opinion).

Best waffle around, and quite a few toppings to choose from.
