After multiple dissapointing experiences at Kauai Portside, I found this branch in Mostert st.

The staff here are friendly and deliver an exceptional customer service. They all are in sync and seem to know their job.

Natasha always goes out of her way for the customers and other staff members are just as pleasent.

Keep it up Kauai Mostert st.

The store is super clean. The staff are friendly and efficient. I enjoyed my cappuccino muffin and c-breeze smoothie. The quality was top notch. The order came fast. You can sit down, take away or collect your app order.

I just had a princess wrap delivered which had no celery and onion mayo on it which made the wrap extremely dry. I ordered the "NEW" Parmesan salad too for a work colleague which is the most pathetic excuse for a salad. I cannot believe how small the portion is for R89. Kauai you have seriously disappointed a regular customer!!!!

Friendly staff. They have vegan milk alternatives with no extra charge. I go here every month to use my fnb monthly voucher.

Waited forever to get my order through, the manager or owner kept walking up and down , not even asking if we're ok or that they are working on the problem. Just had a bad experience with them, maybe it was one of those days. But I needed some kind of assurement from the owner/manager, but he was more concerned about the Uber drivers to stand at the door.

Best kauai i have been to so far. The wraps tasted better than the kauai branches I usually go to, my order was ready super quick and the staff were really friendly (lady at the till made a point to greet us when we walked out) Place was also very clean. Well done to the staff, you're doing an amazing job ????
