The store looks great after the upgrade. The staff was friendly and polite. And the manageress was great. She was super friendly and her smile brightens the store. She even opened the door for me. ????

Queue for the Drive Thru was not moving fast and to my surprise here is someone walking around going to each vehicle taking orders. Now that was GREAT!! Well done KFC team.

Service is acceptable and the food was fresh when I went (early on a Saturday).

Plenty seating and there is air conditioning that works.

It's a fairly quiet KFC, but that improves the dining experience. Drive through as well if you prefer to make a quick stop. Don't remember a toilet

The worst online service ever. Waited over an hour for a delivery. I ordered online and for one hour they were preparing my meal. Spoke to Yamkhela Mhakahula he told me to call Bolt. Disgusting....I agree that Grassy Park KFC is the worst and that they play blame instead of taking ownership for their services.

Family Feast was on the supper menu, which includes zinger wings. I was told they were out of zinger wings and when I asked what they would substitute it with, the cashier blatantly answered that they can't give me anything. I repeatedly asked her and the answer remained the same. You lost a custimer and how many more because this is issue. Poor service. You don't deserve the 1 star I reviewed you with.
