It's a centrally located area surrounded by various vleis. There are many mini markets as well as local supermarkets for your daily needs. Transport to other areas is convenient and easily accessible. It's approximately 6km to the closest beach

Conveniently located to the M5 and Muizenberg beach. Many fast food outlets in close proximity. Public transport readily available. A mixed economic area.

I live here. Its bevolking very cosmopolitan, seeing other races in the neighbourhood. Crime watch very effective
