This little gem situated in the heart of Cape Town is an absolute must! Amazing pizzas and pastas that will make you plan your next visit before you've even left. Upon arrival we were sat down by a very friendly waitress... the friendliness continued throughout the whole experience and once the pizza arrived it just got better. Huge pizza for me, when they say super grande they mean it. Love all of it. I would highly recommend going there if you are ever in town or if you feel up to eating a pizza that is of huge size.

Wow what a wonderful experience. The pizza's @ La Matta is amazing. We had to give the Super Grande a try. It was the biggest pizza ever, but so yummy. The staff was also super friendly and helpful.

Relaxed atmosphere off a bustling city street.

Fantastic pizza with great leopard spots on the crust and the mozzarella.

Drinks are very inexpensive at the pizzeria and the restaurant had a buzz of classic pop tracks and quizzes.

Great service from Khanyi and definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

Probably the best pizza I have had. Super light base, super loaded with toppings. 5 of us, including our 21 year old 'hoover' son, and none finished their grande pizzas. And thats the middle size!

Drinks wise not quite so encouraging: nice beer range, we also had two cocktails: strawberry daiquiri which was very sweet (concentrate instead of strawberry juice?) and a mojito which was pretty insipid.

But the pizzas still made the evening worthwhile.

I just had to edit my post and add another compliment...
The effort and work that they did to add to the awesome vibe of the Long Street Market the past few Saturdays was totally amazing. Their staff along with a few others truly went above and beyond expectations all for the sake of the customers having a truly memorable experience. We'll done guys because I know that there so much more work that goes into that before and after hours just seeing things up.
I enjoyed being a customer and really gained huge respect for you guys working alongside you at the events.
