Loved it, we arrived early u0026 they let us leave our bags, even after checking out they let us hang around, use ammentieties like TV room u0026 bar could even shower after checking out. Will most definitely go back there.

Amazing place!!

The place was bening renovated but has to be stopped due to covid. It is a little old, but that's the only bad thing.

Location: amazing, right where all the clubs are and not to far from all the places you would want to be. On average all the other places are about 40-70 Rand uber ride.

Vibe: magnificent!! , the staff are very cool to hang out with and the other travellers are also very easy to connect with. There is always someone there that wants to do what you wanna do. So you can always find a partner in crime.

Bar: it's great to have one onsite but bc they are licensed no outside alcohol is allowed.

This is not a hotel so please don't get it mixed. This an awesome place to lay your head. The location is perfect because there's many things to do when in Longstreet and all are easily accessible.

ATTENTION RISK OF SCAM!!!!!!
we booked this hostel for 1 night for 8 people. when we arrived we were assigned all into different dorms. We said we wanted to stay all together as we did one booking and they told us it was not possible. We got in the rooms where we met weird old and smelly people. So we decided to move away and look for another place. In any case. the hostel was in a street full of drunk and really degraded people.
Therefore we asked for a partial refund. The receptionist said we should have contacted Shaker to ask for it. I have. reached out to him by email asking for a refound. He was super kind and willing to fully refound it. OS i shared my IBAN. his answer was that he needed also my CVC and date of expiry of the card to be able to send back the money. THIS IS A TENTATIVE OF SCAM ATTEMPT. therefore with these datas he. could have done any internet purchase!! I therefore asked to find a different method like paypal and he disappeared.
