Very neat and feels just like home. Host are friendly and we would come for sure again. Best service and company in Goodwood! We enjoy it so much, we stay longer than planned.

"Memory" who greats you is a sweetheart and lovely person. The guesthouse is terrible. Someone left their clothes in the cupboard, so you stay in a room with a strangers belongings in your cupboard , the cupboards in the room is like a storage facility. This was a horrible experience and unfair to the hostess to present a room like that to a guest who expected a comfortable CLEAN place away from home.

Very surprized by the homy feel of Lady Annies. Rooms are neat and very well designed and you never feel like you are sleeping somewhere. You always get that feel like you are coming home after each day which is something very rare.
