I bought the wacky wednesday today and realy not happy with the way they throw the garnish, patty and sause on the burger. It is so messy you can't even eat your burger with your hands, because is full of sauce around the burger. They were not that busy, but i waited for about 20min. I am realy not happy with the way it look when i open the boxes.

Firstly I'd like to mention how slow the service was, cashier couldn't even read their own menu and took forever to place a simple order. Secondly their food is worse than dog food honestly. Chips looked like it was from the leftovers in the fryer, chicken dry not even flame grilled as they say. Seriously disappointed and will never purchase there again.

If I could've given it 0 stars I would have done that fast fast. I ordered a cheesy chip, but it stood on the pass for more than 5 minutes. The guy behind the counter regularly checked the slips hanging but handed other people their food while I was first. Later he asked the lady in the kitchen what order is this on the pass. Waited for me to look away and then call my order. Got my chips, when I wanted to eat a minute later the chips was cold and no fork or something to eat with. No man I'm not used to this. Cold food and need to eat with my hands.

I went back today to this Steers to see whether there was any change after my review above. One email from management asking for detail. So today was disappointing day number 2. I definitely wasn't served with a cheesy chips, but rather chips with a hint of cheese. The chips was also cold, so I assume it was just laying there. Imagine you're hungry and you appetite is spoiled like this. Please see the picture below. ????

Steers Wacky burgers from N1 city were absolutely terrible. The patties were hard and very dry. Will not order from them again

Order took close to 2 hours to be delivered, It was incomplete, Driver was rude, and they offered to complete the order the next day because my area is dangerous according the the driver.

Ordered two cheese burgers but requested that the macon of the one burger be put on the other burger. Got home opened the orders and there was only one macon in the other burger instead of 2. I was annoyed as the teller informed the cook twice and I also reiterate it as well. Plus the chips was soggy

BEWARE OF THIS BRANCH !!

I bought 3 Wacky Wednesday deals at steers in N1 City branch I ordered specifically 3 chicken and 3 beef burgers being 1 if each per deal .. the lady seemed very demanding that I hurry up and pay seeing that she wanted to leave and go home I was surprised as I've never recieved this treatment before .. after waiting for 10 minutes I went back and took my order .. when I got home I saw that the burgers were all chicken! The boxes were all dirty as if someone dipped their fingers in sauce and rubbed it on the box im literally disgusted i wish i could attach a picture to this post, Ontop of that no tissues to wipe it off!. I'm unhappy with the order and now being after 9pm im unable to take it back . Please beware of this branch I wouldn't want anyone else to have this service , rather go to canal walk they always give good service and staff are friendly .
