We enjoyed the pizza. We actually got the wrong pizza but we decided to eat it anyway and it was delicious. So next time I'm ordering it again ????????

The food was good but the service definitely needs a massive upgrade. We went as a group for a kids birthday and were the only big group in the restaurant with 4 other tables of occupied. The waiters were quite slow with a lot of orders as well as drinks. It took a total of 45 minutes for us to get three glasses of water and a hot chocolate to the table and then told that we can't get the receipt printed out but had to go the waiter at their machine and pay that way. Also got told that only one oven was working hence the reason for slow orders so if the place had been busy, we would have waited even longer to get our food. It was an average experience then definitely can be much much better but do not see myself going back there any time soon.

My partner and I would like to personally thank both Brent and Sifiso for the most amazing customer service we had ever received in any restaurant we have been to!

Brent, the owner for being prompt in solving a problem himself, and Sifiso for bringing the meaning to the title of Manager - This guy is quite simply a Legend and deserves every and all of our praise for his people skills! The food was amazing ????????

The food was on point and our waiter was friendly, helpful and professional.
My only issue was that the music inside was so loud that we struggled to hear each other and we had to almost shout while there.
If loud music doesn't bother you, this would be a great place to go with family and friends.

I bought the new braai pizza today. I was send an e-mail advertising the new addition. I thought, wow, this is a nice, meaty pizza. Filled to the brim with meat. Great was my disappointment today. A lot of bald patches, with little slivers of meat on it. Nothing like the advert. I usually frequent Panarottis and am always satisfied with whatever i order. This however promised a lot, but failed to deliver. For a R140 i expected much better.

Panarottis N1 City, is normally the place where I can catch up on my emails etc. I love this place simple for their pizzas and milkshakes double thick (my favorite) and I enjoy it with the spoon. Pizzas are always good. Front of house are friendly people and the waiters are are on par. (oppit)

I love their new range of cups. I want to say they always let you feel like royalty, like saying to me come back again sir.
