Decent local mall. A few good shops. The mall itself is kept clean and tidy. Could just do with a few better shops.

What can I say? It's not Canal Walk or The Waterfront....thank goodness. It's practical and local and has, in combination with Sun Valley Mall less than 200 m away, everything you actually need. Except for a Ferrari showroom, a hardware store and a Camp and Climb. Brilliant. Utilitarian. Clean. And quick in and out.

Long Beach Mall was cool, the shops were very busy but the people flow was good. I was in and out of Woolworths in 15mins,same with PNP 30min. Food Lovers was backed up at the tills but the shop was a free flow experience and some really good specials, full bag for R270 mostly veg but that's a bargain nowadays.
Parking was easy and my attendant had a skip in his step, Simonstown.... Long Beach Mall..... Simonstown. 1hr 45 mins

Lovely shops with a great variety, I also love the buzz surrounding the vendors selling their wares in the middle. The only downside for me are the loud and sometimes unruly people who seem to just hang around without purpose.

Not many clothing retailers. Mall is clean and shops are also clean and nicely stocked. You can enjoy a meal as well as there is Spurs, Steers and McDonald nearby.

I enjoyed it simply because the customer service at pick n pay clothing was top notch. There's a shop called value there too, u0026 they stock almost everything you can think of, like a mini China town but much better u0026 veriety is good.

PLEASE get those shoe cleaner guys OUT. They have ruined my shoes and several of my friends, they just run up to you and put this kak on your shoes. They messed up my suede Vans. Ugh. Also please keep the old man with the violin, he's so cute and talented.
