I didn't stay at the hotel but used the attached parking garage when attending a nearby concert. When returning with the other concertgoers there was only one machine available to pay for parking so we stood in the queue for about 20 minutes. There was no notice at the lift pointing out the discrepancy between parking levels and the floors of the main building. When we were unable to access the parking garage from the top four floors we wasted a further 20 minutes returning to the hotel lobby for help. The hotel employee was unable to advise and when she disappeared we returned to the top floors and eventually found access to level 10 on floor 6. It took a further 20 minutes of queuing before being able to exit the garage with a powerful smell of exhaust fumes in the unventilated building. An employee at the only exit was having to swipe the tickets himself, for some reason. A most unpleasant hour wasted due to poor planning and inefficiency.
