Terrible service. Long wait for your food. The lady threw my food towards me. They should learn from the mcdonalds in Somerset West. They have impeccable service compared to Cavendish's terrible service!

Nosiphiwo needs service training. Or perhaps not greeting clients who support you despite the construction and dirt is normal. Then getting ushered loudly in front of guest and pointed to the coffee counter and being served by an equally uncaring barrister. Im not impressed.

Hi, I was there today 14/11/2021
I ordered 1 chilli cheese double meal and 10 nuggets with Jalapeno sauce. I couldnt check while i was still in store just got home now. I have 20 nuggets with 4 BBQ sauce fries and a drink????????☹

Popped in for a quick grab and go McD's breakfast option. One staff member on the till taking orders and then packing the orders once ready. Not only did I have a long wait while people who ordered after me, received their orders. I was then told they had run out of McMuffins...... so had to go with a plain roll. Understaffed and lack of communication.

Ordered a regular chicken fold over meal, no complaints over the foldover, fries are cold and oily, would've expected to be hot considering the amount of people queing and Uber driver's waiting.

Cleanliness wise in the cafe sitting area was spotless and well maintained. Supervision over quality needs to be adjusted.

Order a vegetarian burger meal on a busy day. Honestly expected the service to be poor and rush. It was speedy, yet patient and kind. Really appreciated it.

They are unhelpful, the service is bad waited so long for my food for about 30 min and still had problems with it, it was if they threw everything on the burger and just gave it. The drink had no gas in it and tasted like water won't come here unless nothings change
