Super professional and efficient service. I had a complicated issue which Natasha assisted me with. She went out of her way to help me, kept me updated throughout the process and I can honestly say that I have never before experienced service like this - top drawer. They where able to remove a watch strap that 6 other jewellers couldn't within a falsh. Quick friendly service all round and I am glad the "watch man" (sorry I didn't ask his name) was still here.

Really shocking and disappointing experience. After 3 weeks of waiting for a QUOTE to service my watch, and 5 follow up calls later, I finally asked to collect my unfixed watch. Was then told I can only pick it up a week later as it’s at their workshop and I can’t go there directly. DO NOT use this company for repairs.

5* store, products and staff.
The staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating. I've dealt with Natasha and Ellen on numerous occasions and their service is exceptional.
Jewellery is of the highest standard and even just replacing a watch battery is a pleasure for them to handle.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Trigg store in Cavendish. Tash and Jeremy were exceptional ! My experience at the store was hands down the most exceptional customer service I have ever received. The service was both professional and personable. Trigg has a customer for life !
