The Mugg and Bean an escalator down is my favourite, and this Mugg and Bean on the move is also my favourite. Overall just a good vibe and friendly staff. Here are a few outside tables about 3/4 and I think if there was a possibility of having more outside tables, it would a be really cool vibe in summer.

Went to Mugg and Bean for dessert and drinks. Enjoyed their bottomless hot chocolate and salted caramel hot chocolate.

The muffins as usually were yummy and quite a generous portions. For an extra R10 we got some jam, cheese and butter.

Overall was a good experience. The service was a bit slow even though it was so quiet. The server could have been more helpful.

a staff member of a staff member's It's good to eat and shop because it's inside the shopping mall. It's hard to park on weekends and holidays, but the parking lot on the top floor is always easy to park. (Paid R15 in about 2 hours and 30 minutes of parking) The food is delicious. The service speed is good service speed.

Cavendish Mugg u0026 Bean is one, if not, the best coffee shops in Cape Town. It is without a doubt our favourite coffee shop. Service is of outstanding standard. Everyone, managers and waiters are always friendly and polite and your servings will always be with a smile. My wife and I will anytime recommend anybody to visit Mugg u0026 Bean Cavendish Square. A big thanks to our favourite waiter Cloudious as well as to all the other waiters and managers. We are really grateful for who you are and we are already regarding you as our extended family. Keep it up guys. You make us proud !!! ????????????

The staff are friendly and get orders right most of the time. The food is where this restaurant is definitely lackluster. The bagels and other items on the menu are good but if you are even considering getting any of the typical breakfast options (eggs and bacon) then The Spur will be a much better option. Mugg and bean has no problem charging R75 for a plate drowning in honey of bacon that tastes off when the Spurs same option serves much better quality breakfast for only R45.

What an awful experience. Was seated. Waited 10 minutes without being acknowledged by a single soul. Invisible to everyone except when I got up to leave. Suddenly everyone sees you. Didn’t stay. There was no point. Very disappointing.

What a great spot! I sat and worked in this Mugg u0026 Bean for a couple of hours. The service is brilliant, the food tasty and there's free WiFi.

The two servers who helped me were so lovely (Cloudius and Diane).

Perfect spot to have a meeting or do some work if you have a few hours to while away in Claremont.
