It’s a very Nice place to Get Some Work Done, not to mention that Their coffee tastes great and the customer service is on Point. they just need to improve on the WiFi part because the internet signal is a Bit slow

The service is excellent. I come here to study when there's loadshedding as they have comfortable seating and a nice atmosphere with plenty of charging ports. The freezos are delicious and milk alternatives don't cost extra which I really appreciate.

Yesterday morning I bought myself a Seattle coffee in Cavendish mall... I work for Nespresso so time to time I enjoy another brand coffee and I always get myself a flat white in the Cavendish branch as I work in the mall too... When I got my coffee I could taste it was weak and I went to the ladies to ask if this is a flat white and the ladies that made the coffee was in the kitchen having breakfast and she came out so rude to me asking me what is my problem and I explained to her that it's not the same... She made feel like I stupid and don't know what is a flat white as I work with coffee too and I just turned around and walked away... I'm very disappointed as I know that's not how their employees are and I miss the old staff at the branch. They were always friendly and was never rude.

Very disappointed I don't know if I'll go there again as a regular customer.

Great Seattle Coffee outlet, coffee is good as usual. What I liked about the place was the atmosphere and the wall decorations.

Wi-Fi is horrible. People who work here are not helpful. The tables were dirty and I had to wipe them myself. Horrible experience overall.
