Service was good as I arrived Vimbai assisted me. Even though I had a decaf the coffee could be a bit stronger. Only 2 muffins were available, so I opted for the date u0026 nut. Food arrived promptly and so did the bill when requested.

Every time I come to the Table Bay Mugg and Bean branch I am disappointed. We waited for while before being helped by anyone. We ordered drinks and the coffee stands on the counter for 10/15 minutes before anyone brings it over - it’s obviously very cold by the time it gets to us. I also order the Hummus and roasted veg bagel and when I had first bite I could immediately taste it was mayonnaise that they used to replace the hummus. And even aside from that, the chips were cold and dry.

Had lunch today and tried the new sesme crusted beef and veg bowl. Didn't look anything like the pic and the chicken was soaked in sauce but i waitress kindly informed the manager Lidia and she came to the table and offered to redo the dish making a new experience so much better. Definitely will come again.

I must say that the manager, Sanchez really is a ray of sunshine and she is always ready to assist with a huge smile on her face. The service I received was great and the food too. Thank you! I hope you know that this young lady is an asset to your establishment and that she is rewarded as such.

Aside from looking pretty, I can't say this location had much going for it. Our food took 40 minutes to arrive and they messed mine up. I ordered a breakfast bagel and unfortunately they had no bagels, so I requested they put it on toast. What I got was literally a bacon and egg sandwhich. Nothing at all like what I ordered and paid for. Severely disappointed.

Good service and Josh our waiter was extremely attentive and had our order to us in a timely fashion. He was very friendly! Awesome service.

Tygervalley branch is what Im used to and compared to Tygervalley this one does not have to be.
Slow service. Ordered coffee and food at one time.
Coffee was finished, then only got the food.
Food was cold.
Service was bad.
Place was clean.
Nothing more to say. Not returning.
Been like this for years and nothing changed.
Close down and give a kiddies store a chance for better value for money.
No place for these kinds of errors in todays time.
