I loved the hospitality, the apartment was so clean and comfortable and security was also great

The only thing luxury about this place was the double volume ceilings and views. We booked the penthouse and it was dirty the first day we got there the showers were filthy that I had to clean it before we used it and when we complained they apologised and said they will send someone the next day to clean. The fact that nothing was cleaned from the previous stay shows me that no sanitising was probably done either. So we took it upon ourselves to sanitize everything. They also charge to clean up the place after you leave but I’m not sure what their version of cleaning is. The cupboards in the bathroom still had toothpaste on it from the previous visitors, microwave and counters still had crumbs of food. Bedding didn’t look fresh and clean either. The towels given were wet and rolled up on the bed. Clearly whoever the supervisor is he/she doesn’t check these things on a daily basis. I do not recommend anyone spending their money here its not what you see in the pictures.
It was a self catering but I was very uncomfortable to cook or consume anything in the apartment. Very disappointed and disgusted at the building managers attitude to our complaints. I’m sure there are much nicer and cleaner places for the prices they are charging, besides thats all you want when you go on holiday with your family.

Amazing location, well equipped hotel. A few things feel a bit dated in the rooms.

Best apartments, super clean environment. Security is just too hard n not tight. Will definitely stay again
