A true gem of shopping. Make an appointment at Shimansky and get your precious souvenir from Capetown. Very good advice, a glass to cheers the new piece of jewelry. They even made the extra effort to get a piece from another office to find the perfect piece for me. We had fun. Best choice in South Africa!

Ask for Marissa. The store itself is definitely a higher caliber than most of what’s around, but to be sold something, and to be guided so you make the best decision for yourself, those are two very different things. I couldn’t have asked for a more personal yet professional experience. Certainly stands out compared to the other 9 stores I visited in CPT.

Great educational experience. Beautiful showroom. You really learn a lot about diamonds and tanzanite. Gin tasting was just as much fun... made me a gin addict now ;)
