It's a pretty good branch of the restaurant chain with sharp and friendly service.

They have clean and neat toilets on site and it's a pity that the restaurant is a bit smaller than some bigger branches, given that it delivers good value for money.

On hot days, they have excellent air conditioning and there is also outside seating available.

Out of all the others, this one is the best! I am a huge mexican food fan but their nachos is so awesome. No other RocoMamas can top their nachos. The service is always great and beers nice and cold.

My first time to the Durbanville branch and it was a good experience. The place looks well kept, nice and clean in the seating area as well as the male toilet.

Our waiter was really attentive, very polite in serving us and the food was really delicious. I think our waiters nickname was Blueberry?

Great food, great staff what more can i say. I visit every Sunday and the only complaint i could possibly have is the tap is horrible for washing my hands after eating a monstrous burger filled with everything my heart desires.

Went for breakfast special. Place was empty except for us. Staff member who looked after us wasn't bad. Only discovered it almost at the last nite of egg, but the egg grille jad obviously not been cleaned properly - egg was grey on the underside scary. Fortunately didn't suffer any stomach issues after. But the cherry on the top was another staff member who was prepping something in the service area just behind our table, who was chatting LOUDLY with a friend on her mobile phone which was on speaker nogal! I am noise sensitive and eventually couldn't take the noise anymore and picked the manager and staff member out. Fortunately it stopped; but very casual attitude from managed and hairy eyeball from the member of staff. I mean don't these restaurants train their staff!!
Real pity as we have been to other outlets of this franchise and always had decent service. Also. They have some jolly good deals. Unfortunate experience. A pity.
