Waited more than 2hr30 for a delivery order that was delayed repeatedly every 20min without any reason given. Eventually at 20:30, after 2hr30 wait, the order was abruptly canceled saying "we are unable to carry out your order and hope that we can make this up to you in the future". No follow up or intent to make it up.

I went to claim a complimentary meal as an apology. I ordered this meal 1hr30 before I wanted to collect. When getting there I was asked to wait 5min. After waiting 40min, my order is still not ready. What is the entire point of calling to place an order? So that you do not have to wait for it. I will never order from here again, and I will make sure to inform everyone around me too.

The food was delicious as always and the service was good! It's a great place to go if you love Asian food. You can also have sushi here.

For 16 years my husband's been nagging me to try Simply Asia which I kept refusing as I'm a fussy/picker eater and I am not over trying new things especially food! Today, was the day I finally gave in to him and when to your store. The manager Stian, I think it's his name was so helpful and recommended 514 and damn! I was in heaven???? I will definitely be back for more???? Great service and great food!! I will highly recommend Simply Asia Glengarry ????????

Wanted to dine in, on arrival, the cashier rudely asked "do I really want to order" cause they are very bussy. I realy don't get how staff actively discourage a customer from ordering, and promptly left. Perhaps add a disclaimer to the website stating walk in customers cant/won't be served in a timely manner so people don't waste time driving to the place.

Nice enough workers, real mediocre service.
The pieces of sushi are too big for the minute dishes one uses for soy sauce etc.
Oil used to fry tempura prawns and veg far too rancid.
Wine poured into glasses full of fingerprints and blotches. Not so nice.
