Food was great, but the service was super slow. Food, drinks, Bill - all took 5 times longer than usual after constant reminders. Common Spur, don't lose your customers due to what seem to be cost cutting on staffing.

Great lunch specials for seniors. Also a very good activity centre for children. So when our grandson is with us, this venue is an obvious choice at lunch time!

On some days there does not seem to be adequate supervision at the activity centre. But most of the time it is fine.

I for the first time ordered meals from Sioux Spur via the uber eats app that was not satisfactory and they corrected it. I would like to extend my thanks to Marijke and Eve who assisted so professionally. I will definitely order from Sioux Spur again.

Everything was perfect the second time round. Thank you for your outstanding customer service and for ensuring that your food is prepared well and up to standard. Taste ✓ Presentation ✓ Service ✓

Service was sluggish and we were at a kids birthday, where the host had to look for the waiter and follow up on them taking our orders. Not sure if short staff or just poor service. Food was pretty decent though.

Sioux Spur has changed in many ways I use to be a regular customer...

The place was not so busy when I arrived.We were seated in a noisy section near the play area and I asked to be moved.

The place in general was untidy:
Dirty floors and tables

Some of the waiters doesnt have the professional look of a waiter

The food was awful.I ordered crumbed mushroom .It was misformed, hard and tasteless. I brought it under the managers attention.She tried to make it up to me but although I said it tasted good ,It really wasnt up to standard
Our steak was disappointing as well.Tasteless

I wont support this joint again.Its sad to see a place like this going down

This is so sad ! I would actually even like for camera footage to be checked of the entrance. I will avoid making this a thing about race but there is no other reasoning.

On 4 July 2022 approximately 19:20 - 19:30 we arrived at spur during the loadshedding hours . As expected it was busy . However few families came out and we were still not seated . We saw empty tables. A lady then came SAW us waiting and squeezed in front of us and immediately got seated by a waiter . Her husband was shocked and even he felt bad and decided he will not join her . It was a whole awkward situation ! But we accepted the husbands apology and waited. Waiters approached us during this time and informed us that they waiting for a table to clear. Eventually another family arrived and came and stood behind us (as normal people do) and then obviously a waiter came again but this time questioning who was first in line after we had been waiting and kept being told we will be seated shortly.
After proving we were first and the family confirming we were first . We were all seated .

It was almost as if we were deliberately ignored until other people came to the door .

Food was great ! Service not so great .
