Used the Gym for 3 months last year- had membership at the Old Mutual gym which was closed during lockdown. Bookings were strictly 1 hour and done via the app- this was very convenient. I love the size of the gym especially their running track. They have a variety of everything you require. The gym is never crowded and not very noisy. Staff are very friendly

Great facilities and classes. Poor client services/customer support. For over a month I've been trying to resolve an issue of Vitality points not reflecting after a gym visit, and it's still not sorted. My sales consultant has been very apathetic in attempts to help sort out the issue and for the countless emails I've sent to the front desk I've received NO replies. Who do I go to to get assistance with this?

The best venue for small to medium sized TED talk type presentation and networking events. Fantastic in-house catering makes hiring an absolute breeze.

The event management staff are of the best I have experienced.

An OK gym (expensive memberships though) , but if they could PLEASE give notice when closing early. Been there plenty of times over the years to be greeted by closed doors and pre workout tingling.

Had a injury and needed to see a podiatrist. Was referred by Andy Blecher. Chris Delpierre provided me with all the help I could’ve asked for. Definitely very knowledgeable and could point out exactly what was wrong with my running style.

Friendly staff always willing to advise I've tried Virgin but this place can't be beat.
Staff members always welcome you to many to mention.

My 95 year old grandfather was admitted to the rehabilitation facility on offer and they helped him to a full recovery. The security of the place is great and all the staff are friendly. A tour of the facility is available upon request and their equipment definitely gives surrounding gym's a run for their money. The indoor running track is an added feature no other indoor establishment offers not to mention their state of the art equipment used daily.
