My partner was in the mood for a caramel dipped ice-cream, and so we set out to town and decided to get it from steers, instead of our usual spot. We ordered 2 caramel swirls. It was so disappointing that it spoiled my mood for the rest of the evening. The ice-cream was fine, but the caramel tasted burnt, like a dirty oven. I actually took it out of the cup and tossed it. Never again.
Seems there was an issue with the system, as the order was not put through on the POS, just calculated manually and card machine offered. The cashier didn't say anything throughout the entire process, only mentioned the price. No hello, no thank you, hope to see you soon. When I asked her a question about the menu item I wanted, she just nodded. I mean, where is the service?
