I had a wonderful welcome, despite the fact that only arrived at 10:30 in the evening
They have security checking up on your car the whole evening. Excellent vegan cafe is on site. And the ocean view from the communal kitchen is amazing.

Nice and cozy place. Perfect for small budgets and they offer heat and cold water in the bathroom. From the balcony upstairs, we have a nice view on the sea. The little downside is the noise caused by the train when it arrives at Muizenberg Station

High class backpackers. The beds are way better than what you would find at most backpackers. They also have private rooms. The views from the balcony are exquisite. Sun rises directly over the ocean.

The cafe downstairs serves healthy vegetarian foods.
The staff are really friendly and helpful.

It's a little bit challenging having to express the degree of how nostalgic I am feeling at present, after spending 1 night at this awfully great Backpackers!

A friend and I had met over the weekend, after knowing each other for many years. As you know, time flies when you're having fun, and it would have been a bit of a shame, if we had parted ways after having such a stunning day together. We happened to pass by, at the Stoked Backpackers, and shortly after that we found ourselves making an enquiry with the Receptionist 'Mimi'.

Little did we know of the great prices they have to offer for such good quality. Right before we made our reservation for the night, we were taken on a tour to show us around to the various compartments, after much touring, we placed our reservation at the 5 bedroom space.

The beds were so comfortable. Toilet facilities were within our reach, we had our own kitchen space, a phenomenal outlook over Muizenberg beach. The people that was also staying over was relatively friendly and had such a good report about this place, in comparison to other backpackers.

It is so easy to say that I will undoubtedly recommend this spot for those spontaneous moments, the only concern that I had was just having to place our belongings in a safe spot, of which was not available, other than that it was superb!

Welcome to the blue giant of Muizenburg. This hostel is the perfect place to stay if your coming for a surf trip. It has a super cool vibe with a mixture of private u0026 dorm rooms also a cafe to meet up u0026 have a coffee but the icing on the cake has to be the veranda with amazing sea views.

ROOMS
I stayed in the 7 bed dorm that had an en-suite bathroom. Now the great thing about this room was that one of the beds was set on a mezzanine area so it was like having your own room it was perfect. The rooms are clean u0026 in good conditions it also had a sea view.

COMMON AREAS
They actually have a few here from the cafe on the ground floor to the sand garden with sun loungers to what has to be my favourite area, the open veranda with amazing sea u0026 mountain views its the perfect place to watch the sunrise.

SERVICES
From towel rental to help booking tours around the local area the reception has you covered.

LOCATION
Located right next to the beach with all the bars, cafes u0026 surf shops less than 2 mins walk away its the perfect place to stay.

Good place for small budgets. They have dormitory rooms and the bathroom offer hot and cold water. A small and medium size family can fit in for a weekend or a week. The downside is just the noise caused by the rain since the Muizenberg train station is close by

I recently stayed at the backpackers, don't have any complaints besides the Receptionist's attitude that wasn't pleasant and the fact that my earphones were stolen out of my computer in my room while we were out (by the cleaning staff that we weren't aware of). The accommodation isn't bad and if I were to stay there again I would request for no cleaning while we not on the premis.
