High intensity, full body workout That combines functional exercises and cardio. You workout at your own level, but at a fast pace. Instructors are helpful, but are quite busy throughout the workout due to the pace. So, this is better suited to individuals that are comfortable with workout routines/techniques, and that have at least an average level of fitness.
Otherwise the atmosphere is amazing with a live DJ and you’ll be surrounded with fitness enthusiasts.
Membership/fees are rather pricey compared to conventional gyms - but you’ll definitely see results.
