Absolutely love this place, from the geeky decor to the lovely staff. The 100% Vegan friendly food taste amazing, and their Hot Chocolate is so yummy!

Hands down the best plant based meal I've eaten in Cape Town. Also, a beautiful spot to sit on a Spring evening and the staff are really enthusiastic about what they're doing.

Absolutely delightful! The fresh croissant was melt in your mouth good and the jackfruit pulled pork burrito was delicious—the perfect blend of spices and flavours. The service was great and it was cozy and welcoming. Anyone would enjoy this place, vegan or not. We’ll be back!

I had a very pleasant experience at the Kind Kitchen. Food was incredibly tasty, especially the March of the Pig wrap made with jackfruit. I'll definitely be returning to try the burgers and the Wookie - hopefully it'll be available next time! Our waitress Jane was also very helpful and courteous especially when patrons were unsure about the meat alternatives. Their coffee was good as well - I especially enjoyed it with oat milk.

One of the best spots in Cape Town to get healthy gourmet foods. All meals are vegan and even if you aren't vegan you will love what options they offer such as "Dark Side Burger" or "Beyond Burger". Staff are friendly and service is brilliant. Give it a shot and you can thank me later! :)

What an unpleasant experience both in terms of service and food, also pricey! It's an unwelcoming environment with owners / waitresses that make you feel guilty and unworthy (not 'kind' at all) and the service was rubbish.
Almost everything on the menu seemed to be trying to mimic meat or fish. There is so much more that one can do with plant-based foods that is creative, tasty, unique and healthy. We had the "calamari" which was pretty revolting...deep fried with a sort of pink sauce on it. So many more interesting things to do with an oyster mushroom...

After visiting the Kind Kitchen in town, we really wanted to check out this place as well. We were not disappointed. What a great breakfast! Vibe is different, because of the different location but that makes it even better. Enjoying a nice sunny day here is amazing!
