Stunning location for a laid back lunch. Our daughter had to dash early though and our waiter Godfrey made a special effort to ensure she had her meal before she left. The food was tasty and portion sizes generous. The chef grilled the steaks exactly as ordered for each person and the Pategonian calamari was of the better I have had. I would have given a 5 star rating except that the lamb shank was dry to the point of being chalky

Always a wonderful visit to Simon's. Ample parking, attentive and friendly staff. The venue is warm, welcoming and spacious between tables. Ideal for private events. The meals and drinks are expensive so be prepared to spend a little extra but one would expect nothing less from Constantia and its immediate surrounds. Elegant and dreamy.

We thoroughly enjoyed a special Mother's Day meal at Simon's. Excellent service from Memory and the team. The Groot Constantia Rose was an extremely fair price. Lovely to get cellar prices at the restaurant. The food was utterly delicious and beautifully prepared and presented. Fabulous decor and ambience. The entire evening was a delight. For the vegans there is a terrific menu, due to be updated on 16 May 2022. Liesl is committed to ensuring that vegans get great options on the menu. We'll be bringing our international guests here soon!

Absolutely stunning at Simon's. They were exceptionally busy yet managed to accommodate us. Godfrey was an excellent waitron, food and the Chardonnay were superb ???? highly recommend a visit to Simon's at Groot Constantia. Oh.... and their carrot cake is to die for ????

Lovely place. Gorgeously situated. Summer afternoon favourite venue. Serves excellent sweet potato chips and huge cheesecake slices which makes me very happy. Server could have been a bit more upbeat.

Such a stunning restaurant situated in Groote Constantia. Very friendly staff and the wine tasting is exceptional. The waiter also explained the wines very well and made some good recommendations. After our lunch we did some reading at lawn.
