I was deeply dissatisfied on Sunday evening. We ordered poppers, pizza , livers and wings. The pizza and livers was tasty but the rest was quite a let down. Firstly to pay R90 for three poppers is in my experience expensive. The poppers are supposed to be crunchy u0026 crispy not soggy like “vetkoek”. The lady who helped us instructed me that the poppers comes without any sauce after I already read the dirty menu which said it included a ranch dipping. We waited 50 minutes for the poppers. After our dissatisfaction they were sent back to the kitchen and was removed from our bill. The second round of the poppers was better but still not what it should be. Then came the livers and wings. The livers were amazing except for the cracked plate. The wings were completely burned and what was supposed to be southern fried was tasting like charcoal. The pizza was good, can’t complain. I don’t know if it was dirty oil left over from the weekend or what but the fried items were not up to standard. I had to run to the bathroom within minutes of eating the wings. I am very disappointed since I always loved going to Tigers Milk in Durbanville.

Great vibe and atmosphere. Attended the quiz night. Was good fun.
Struggled to get the orders in at the beginning. Otherwise great food. Value for money.

Service was slow which was suprising as the restaurant wasn’t very busy. Pizza was fresh and top notch. Overall an average experience

Greeted by friendly and mindful staff when I arrived. Great customer service and experienced no delays.

The steampunk/vintage decor also gives this lively and upbeat restaurant a unique feel to it. The food was tasty and the beverages even more so - highly recommend the cocktails and milkshakes!

We went through for father's day, our reserved table was a high table which was not suitable for Dad's knee's we were accommodated with another table.
All dads were given a free beer and bottle opener which was nice.

RIGHT now, the reason for the 2 Star rating, I ordered Vegan nachos which came with chicken, the owner did apologise and remade the dish and removed it from the bill. My sister-law next to me ordered the tacos with a hard shell, I had half of 1 but the taco shell was stale, when the owner asked me how the meal was I told her about the taco shell and she said that she knows about it but it comes from head office like that, as an owner I would expect a call to be made not to serve stale food.
If you are not happy with what you are serving then don't serve it, the reputational damage is more harmful to serve sub-standard food than say we are out of stock.

I would say if you do visit, to be safe you stick to ordering a Burger and Beer.

Great music and atmosphere, so it's great to come and have drinks u0026 catch ups with friends. However the food is nothing to rave about, it's nice but not amazing and small-ish portions, especially for the price you pay. The bartenders were also un-friendly and took their time pouring just a tequila shot u0026 beer even though the place was really quiet. Drinks and food are really expensive, so wouldn't make a habit of coming here.

I had a great waiter Handre serve us today. Great atmosphere, enjoyed the food as well.
