We visited the hotel one night in the week just for some catch up with family and friends. Drinks and food are usually the first things we do. I don't drink so I opted for a virgin Pina Colada. With a steak panini burger and the rest had burger and steak(which looked AMAZING). We then sat and had some extra drinks at the pool. The vibe they have is great for catch ups or simply just relaxing with a drink or 2. We visited twice that week, the second time we brought our daughter. We simply had to! Sitting at the pool was great on a warm summer night, in CPT!

It's a fantastic venue with a great affordable menu. The staff are super attentive and the food was fabulous. I highly recommend Zepi's

My girlfriend and I are traveling from New York, and we ate here last night since we are guests in the hotel. My girlfriend ordered goat cheese ravioli and I ordered smoked pork belly. Not only was this one of the best meals I had in Cape Town, but it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had anywhere. The pork was soft and juicy and it blew me away with flavor. I cannot express how delicious the food was. The manager Bradley was extremely friendly and pleasant. I enjoyed my experience so much and I will return again if I’m ever in Cape Town again.

This is a review for the breakfast buffet. It was nice, a typical hotel breakfast buffet. The quality of the bacon and sausages were not terrible, but not the greatest. Everything else was nice if a bit overcooked. They poached me some eggs which were very good and they have a automatic pancake maker which I also enjoyed. The staff were a bit of a disappointment, hanging out together, laughing and joking and not very attentive. The one lady in the blue shirt helped me nicely, however, the red shirts were useless. Would say this is a safe if a bit bland option while also being affordable.

Service at this bar always sucks. But yesterday took the cup. (Sunday 9 Feb 2020) There was a lady I think her name was Cheneze or something. She never once checked on our table. When we ordered anything she'd just throw it on the corner of the table, far from us and leave. I must commend a Neli at the restaurant for her professionalism and her kindness, she was great.

I've eaten in my fair share of hotel restaurants. When you're on vacation in somewhere foreign, normally you wouldn't want to eat at a hotel. We were staying as guests at the Tsogo Sun hotel, and were too tired to go out to get food so we "settled" for the hotel restaurant. We were BLOWN away! We got an apetizer, two entrees, and a desert. Everything was delicious! Beyond delicious. My boyfriend actually complimented the chef as we left because he was so happy with what he got. We also had wine, which was perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in this hotel as well as to anyone NOT staying in the hotel. The manager was also so nice and personable. Great place!

Staff just don't seem interested there, bad morale or something. Had great experiences there before from the same staff that now appear to be completely disinterested. Quality of food has also gone down.
