I booked my international visitor here for a week. He's feedback was that it was an enjoyable stay. The environment is peaceful u0026 relaxing. The gardens are beautiful. The staff are friendly u0026 helpful and their rates are reasonable. I'll definitely use them again.

The room was very small and the fridge makes noises. The shower head is literally by my shoulder level and it kocked my head several times when i showered this morning. The sink is blocked. This should be a reliable hotel. I requested another room but they said they are all booked. Today i expect another room. However i am already very tired and restless. I honestly expect a way better service from forever hotels. Huge disappointment. If there was a negative 5 starts i would definitely choose that for this review.

One of the best steaks I have ever had was served here. Friendly staff. Attentive service and clean environment. The reception and bar staff could improve on professionalism though. There was a bit of over familiarity going on...

I love the quiet location in Centurion and their lightning fast internet, but then, that's just about it.

The place was surprisingly highly disorganised when I was there for a two day workshop, with snacks provided hardly enough for 3/4 of the attendees, the electricity kept tripping for a number of times, leaving us struggling to continue with our workshop.

Despite being cleaned, the toilet was surprisingly very dusty and water dripped to the floor from some urinals (full disclosure, this is a toilet in the conference areas not the rooms). The place does look super nice though, the meeting area is so elegant with the pool in the middle. This somehow does not seem to be reflected in the service.

As a local guide, I'm only reporting on what I saw, felt and heard. The entire guest list at our workshop were fed up by the time we finished.

Was there for mothers day. Food prices are great, setting is stunning although one or two seats need recovering and the food presentation was poor but the taste and portion was fine. It was a great mothers day meal overalls

Very poor service of the worst order. Poorly fried eggs with worst taste I've ever encountered. Poorly prepared quality beef stew.
Appalling service from management (up to and including Acting General Manager). While busy in our conference room, lights went off. Nobody explained what was happening and we figured out on our own that there was power failure.

I had to use a bathroom which had pitch black darkness inside. I had to use my own phone for lighting which fell onto their tiling cracking the screen.

I then looked for management to lodge a complaint. And found the Conferencing Manager who was adamant that we were told in all conference rooms that they had a power failure. Despite my correcting her and advising that had we been told about it, I wouldn't have gone to her to complain.

I then requested her to take me to someone Snr. She brought someone she said was Acting General Manager. He too maintained we were told about power failure, despite my continued indication that no one bothered to check on us and advise what was happening and what alternative arrangements the hotel had made to accommodate lack of electricity while we needed it for the Conferencing.

When I asked for alternative like back up power. His response was that tbey are not responsible to provide it and if I had a problem about it, I was welcome to call the municipality.

I brought to his attention the damage to my phone screen which happened because I was performing with it, a function the hotel was supposed to provide. He told me to take up the lack of electricity problem and the damage to my phone to the municipality.

I found the place to be beautiful, quite and welcoming. It had wheelchair access on all side. The lady at the front desk (Sibongile) was friendly and warm in welcoming us to the hotel. Although I was there for a half day meeting, I noted that the hotel uses an in-house shuttle service to take guests to and from the nearby Gautrain station and malls. As for airport pickups and drop off, Sibongile told me the hotel outsource this service.
